I am a Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoc fellow in Prof. Marcel Brass lab at Ghent University. I received my PhD from the University of Granada where I worked with María Ruz and Pío Tudela. As a grad student, I also spent some time as a Fulbright scholar at Biyu He’s lab at NIH and NYU.
In Spring 2021, I will be going back to Granada as a Juan de la Cierva fellow!
My research interests concern the neurocognitive mechanisms underlying perception, attention and control processes. Specifically, I am interested in how the brain uses available (internal or external) information to guide cognition. I mostly follow a multivariate approach to combine neuroimaging data modalities with the ultimate goal of resolving in time and space how the brain drives flexible behavior.
