My research interests concern the neurocognitive mechanisms underlying perception, attention and control processes. Specifically, I am interested in how the brain takes advantage of available (internal or external) information to guide cognition. I mostly follow a multivariate approach to combine neuroimaging data modalities with the ultimate goal of resolving in time and space how the brain drives flexible behavior.

At the moment, I am a Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoc fellow in Prof. Marcel Brass lab at Ghent University.

I received my PhD from the University of Granada, where I worked with María Ruz. As a grad student, I also spent some time as a Fulbright scholar at Biyu He's lab at NIH and NYU.
